Nowicki Wojciech
A photographer, translator and graphic artist. He works at the Institut Français in Krakow. He is involved in longer cycles of photographs centred round changes in our part of Europe ("Notes", an exhibition); he observed religious life in Poland which resulted in an exhibition in Nuremberg called the "Polish Pilgrim". He presented his photos from India in Camelot, a gallery in Krakow.


He won numerous photo contests, his works may also be found in private collections. He cooperates with the weekly "Tygodnik Powszechny", he has published his photos in "Newsweek", "Przekrój", "Viva!" and "Dom i Wnętrze", he also cooperates with domestic and foreign publishing houses.


He translates from French into Polish (e.g. books by Guy Sorman such as "Made in USA", ambitious comic strips e.g. "Persepolis" by Marjane Satrapi as well as texts on the society and the philosophy).
